Description
ERM is looking for a motivated, hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in São Paulo . Working under the direction of Brazil Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will work in an interesting organizational environment, interacting with BU internal clients at different levels giving his/her contribute for the business development and achievements .

This is a great opportunity to work with Human Resources local team in the attraction, retention and development of Brazil Business Unit professionals.

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Recruitment
    • Deliver a recruitment plan and sourcing strategy and ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment processes.
    • Deliver a Talent Brand Plan (including Employer Branding activities, Social Media actions, Internal Programs , etc.) to attract and recruit the best talents;
    • Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes of different profiles and seniority in a short period of time when necessary;


  • Training & Development
    • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive training plan, aligned with budget.
    • Conduct annual training needs analysis, identifying appropriate training (re)sources - including locations, catering , equipment providers - conduct training where appropriate);
    • Ensures all training projects are implemented in compliance with defined quality, work-plan objectives, approved cost targets and timelines;
    • Deliver specific training programs;
    • Support identification and development of high potential professionals;
    • Coordinate career development including: conducting annual training needs assessment; identifying appropriate training sources; approving admissions to internal and external training courses and seminars;
  • Internal communication and EndoMArketing
    • Manage and deliver Communication projects and campaigns;
    • Define actions to promote and communicate the HR policies, programs and activities;
    • Manage the organization of corporate events;
    • Write institutional texts for different audiences and channels when necessary.


The Requirements
  • Graduated in HR related areas, MBA is a plus;
  • 6+ years of experience in Recruitment;
  • 6+ years of related experience in Learning & Development - Engagement - Talent Management
  • Experience in Internal communication and Endomarketing is a plus;
  • Experience gained from a Multinational working environment;
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing and maintaining talent management programs;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Ability to work independently and function well in a team environment;
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and influencing skills, business oriented, independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, can-do team player
